To confirm any reservation, the client must pay 50% of the total quoted budget in advance. No dates will be held or considered confirmed without receipt of this advance payment.
The remaining balance must be paid according to the terms agreed in writing prior to or at the end of the production.
Standard studio hours and access times are those expressly agreed in writing for each booking.
Any access outside the agreed schedule must be previously approved by N7 HOUSE.
The studio may only be used for professional purposes related to the agreed production. The client is responsible for ensuring that the space, facilities, and equipment are used appropriately and returned in proper condition.
The day rate includes access to the studio and the standard equipment and styling kit detailed in the official pricing documentation.
Any additional services, equipment, or technical requirements requested by the client and not included in the original quote will be charged separately according to the applicable pricing.
Cancellations made more than 48 hours before the start of production will incur a 50% cancellation fee based on the total quoted budget.
Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the start of production will incur a 100% cancellation fee of the total quoted budget.
In the event of early termination or abandonment of the production by the client, no refunds will be issued for unused time or services.
The client is fully responsible for any damage caused to the studio, facilities, furniture, equipment, or common areas during the booking period.
Any damaged, lost, or destroyed material must be paid at 100% of its replacement value (as new), regardless of depreciation.
Payment for such damages must be made within a maximum period of fourteen (14) calendar days from the date the damage is reported or invoiced by N7 HOUSE.
Failure to comply with this obligation may result in legal action and/or the withholding of future bookings.
N7 HOUSE shall not be held liable for delays, interruptions, or cancellation caused by events beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to force majeure, adverse weather conditions, power outages, building infrastructure failures, or public service disruptions.
Clients are responsible for holding adequate insurance coverage for their production, staff, equipment, and any third parties involved.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by Spanish law. Any dispute arising from their interpretation or execution shall be submitted to the Courts of Barcelona, Spain.
